Online Ordering Policies

We reserve the right to substitute products in any of our packages. Items listed and shown are available while supplies last.  We will contact you via Email to inform you of any major substitution, and if a price difference occurs.  Rest assured, you will receive similar items of like quality in case of any substitution.

Shipping and Handling

We personally prepare each Gift Basket for shipping, using care to ensure that your gift arrives as beautiful as we designed it.

Cancellation Policy

Any Gift Basket order can be cancelled if Wings of Angels is notified before the order has been shipped. Email your cancellation request to:  wings4you@comcast.net

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your Gift Basket for any reason, please contact us at wings4you@comcast.net before returning. If given authorization, the Gift Basket must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Gift Baskets returned for refund must be unused, be in the same condition as when sent and in the original packing material.

Note: we will not refund the shipping cost to you unless the return is a result of our error.  Do not ship COD unless authorized by us to do so, or the package will not be accepted.

Returns are to be shipped to: Wings Of Angels, 37 Penny Rd., Holtwood PA, 17532. If it is returned due to an address error on our part, we will re-pack and re-send the Gift Basket as soon as possible, otherwise, re-shippingi charges would apply.

You will receive a shipment confirmation Email when your gifts have been shipped.
